Our Front Desk and Greeter Services include:

  • Checking employee and visitor badges, which also helps with security
  • Providing hospital maps and directory information
  • Directions for patients and visitors to help them find their way to their appropriate destination
  • Helping visitors fulfill their needs, such as helping them get comfortable or access the Internet

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive, forward and manage telephone calls, clients and visitors.
  • Schedule, maintain, and confirm patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries, or medical consultations.
  • Greet visitors, ascertain purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff.
  • Demonstrate exemplary customer service and be attentive in emulating the objectives of same.
  • Compile and file clinical records appropriately.
  • Provide administrative support to Medical personnel and also to the administrative and finance department.

  • Proficient verbal and written communication and IT skills.
